I'm Luis Manuel García,
Operational Excellence Coach and Lean Evangelist.

That's my personal slogan. Educated in the German elite university RWTH
Aachen, I spent many years in multinational companies in management positions, mainly in the IT sector but also in leading companies of the industrial sector, as CIO, Director
of Operational Excellence
and
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I always look for opportunities to improve business processes and to change work cultures, making them more collaborative and more empowered.
In all my projects I always find the same common denominator, the untapped knowledge potential of each individual of an organisation. To take advantage of this knowledge is to change the existing work culture paradigms. It is not an easy road, but it is a road to success, and above all to an organisation where people enjoy their work.
I have co-founded the Spanish Association for Lean IT (AELIT), I have worked in different countries, with very different cultures and in very heterogeneous environments. Now I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences with companies, large and small, with entrepreneurs and startups and provide my grain (and not seldom a good handful) of sand to their success stories.
